Making Friends
Some people make friends so easily, others, not so much. Having friends and feeling like you belong is one of the many things that promotes emotional wellness. Children, Adolescents, and Adults may all struggle with making friends. Loneliness can cause depression, anxiety, and even acting out behaviors.
